| Request details | I am working on two projects right now, one is in its toddler stages and the other is in the incubator period. I am currently working as a farm to table consultant and am looking for communities that are focusing on food production for their communities, and mostly in my biozone of Costa Rica. My baby community will be about education, play, regeneration and community, this is still in its very early but looking to connect with communities who are about tantric, agro forestry, and living classroom. |

| What skills do you have? | I have been living in community for four years, since then I have gained immense knowledge and skills in Permaculture design, farm to table cuisine and herbalism. Weaving these all together I am now a permaculture farm to table chef. I also help facilitate and teach many more interests 🙂 |
| What kind of projects have you worked on? | I have worked in a Permaculture education centre called Punta Mona, there I started as a farmer and became waste manager/ Kitchen lead and point holder. I have also worked with artist residencies such as momentom and am now currently involved with two new communities based in Costa Rica |

| Share about yourself with the community | Hola, My name is Tijana or TJ. I am currently living in Costa Rica, where I have fallen in love with the abundance of biodiversity. I have been living in communities for the last 3+ years. It is from there I learnt about permaculture and regenerative practices. Â I am now apart of two projects that are co creating communities based on regenerative practices, earth care and people care. |
