From 1 perspective, for me it comes down to very simple Yes/No binary questions (🙄 like in conventional binary computing? Idk):

“Are you asking for a handout or a legup and am I equipped to offer/provide either one or both? From what ‘position’ am I doing my own asking? Is there synergy?”

To my mind/understanding, if $HUGS is a type of ‘sweat equity’ token then it ought to be just that… There can be other tokens to represent redeemable credits, units of accounts, voting power, ownership, stake. Of course the tokens can have multiple/overlapping functions.

For me it’s important not to confuse/conflate the Blockchain (Primary ecosystem), Product (software, features), voting power of the Community & Creators (ie. Secondary/Plurality of Ecosystem(s)).
