We have a similar process for Hapori. The first step is a step back to observe the big picture, and the values and outcomes desired, before moving into objectives and mission.
This avoids embracing a shallow mission that isn’t actually aligned with your values and what outcome you seek.
From the objectives flow the goals and tasks required.
And the mission provides a succinct energetic focus.

Also good for grazing. Grazing animals keep the grass down, and panels provide them with shade, you can also collect rain off them.
You would need sturdy posts for cattle though, they like to scratch themselves… -
Caffeine is also a natural pesticide for keeping insects away.

Earthships generally require non-expansive soil. Our local soil is extremely expansive due to the dramatic difference between wet and dry season soil moisture levels in the region. Which means you generally need to truck in non-expansive soil (which defeats the point), or build in the particular areas with non-expansive soil (which receive no rain so the ground is just sterile).
And of course, sustainable living in places with no rain and no ability to grow food is a problem… -
Coffee grinds can also go straight into the soil conditioning layer, they don’t need to be composted further first. They also help to provide a medium for fungi, and add to soil structure.
