Growing my roots around the Great Lakes (Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan) and looking to continue expanding my network across the America’s and Globe. | Any other things you are looking for in a regenerative neighborhood? | Certainly subject to change… as of now. I envision a community where my family has our own shelter. We live in harmony with our neighbors with shared infrastructure and communal land. Permaculture methods are utilized to produce abundant food, water, and medicine, along with sustainable waste and energy systems. We community school our children and all age groups are represented. Elders are valued in a traditional sense. We have the option to dine in our own shelter or dine with community. We are resilient, purpose driven, and spiritual. We have spiritual leaders and holistic healers who lead sacred ceremony. We create our own unique culture that is designed to permanently last (permaculture ;)). |

| What skills do you have? | Completed a 6-month Permaculture Design Certificate with Ecoversity. Still have lots to learn, but have foundational knowledge of permaculture design and and a passion to continue learning more. Practicing on my urban lot, as I convert it to a food forest. 7 fruit trees, 23 berry bushes, and 2 grape vines planted thus far! But who’s counting :). |
| What kind of projects have you worked on? | Group project for my PDC developed a 200-acre eco-community in Canada. Project covered food, shelter, water, waste, community, economics, and energy. I led the design and food systems. Currently converting my urban lot to a permaculture food forest. In the corporate realm, I work on environmental and social programs in the food industry. |
