Spirituality to me, on the pragmatic side is healing your traumas.

– being self aware to observe reactions from triggers

– digging in to identify the trauma that causes that trigger

– accept it, hug it, forgive the cause, and grow.

– eventually, after lots of those cycles, no long reacting to that trauma.
