– Nearby facilities and proximity to essential services (hospitals, dentists etc.)
– Access roads, major highways
– Distance from town/major city
– Distance from international airport(s)
– Possibility of expansion and nearby acquisition of land
Tip: Favor existing properties, especially degraded land, over virgin land. Looking for properties with existing infrastructure will help you preserve existing wildlands, develop your project faster, and regenerate the infrastructural landscape.
